Edge banding machines are core equipment in furniture manufacturing, and their function extends beyond simple edge sealing, encompassing multiple stages including design, production, and environmental protection.

Basic Function: Edge banding of boards. The edge banding machine uses high-temperature melt adhesive to press edge banding tape (such as PVC, ABS, solid wood strips, etc.) onto the cut surface of the board, effectively preventing moisture and dust intrusion, preventing the board from warping or cracking due to dampness, and extending the lifespan of the furniture. For example, edge banding for cabinets can prevent soup or liquid from seeping in and causing the board to swell.
